愛知県西尾市にある建設会社、「中嶋建設」で就業することになったタイ人のエーさんの支援に伺いました！
エーさんは2016年から三年間、技能実習生として中嶋建設で働き、実習終了後に帰国されました。エーさんはとても優秀な方だったので、社長さんは特定技能として戻ってきて欲しかったのですが、コロナの影響ですぐに来日することが出来ませんでした。しかし、2022年３月に入国制限が解除され、3月１６日に入国することが出来ました！
今回の支援では、タイ側のビザ申請、雇用局に提出する書類や日本入国時の検疫手続きで必要な証明書などのサポート、空港から隔離場所までの送迎、代理人としての転入手続き、マイナンバーカードの申請、一週間分の食事の買い出しを行いました！
エーさんは特定技能2号を取得できたら、タイから日本へご家族を連れてくる予定です。そのために、今後五年間で特定技能2号の試験に合格できるよう日本語を向上させることを目指しています！
