今回の就業支援では茨城県笠間市で農家をされている大久保さんいお伺いしました！
大久保さんの農家ではとちおとめと、やよいひめを栽培されています🍓
今回、大久保さんのもとで就業されるインドネシア人のスギヤントさん、ミルザさんは以前も茨城県で
技能実習生として働いており、スギヤントさんは４年ぶり、ミルザさんは７年ぶりに日本に来ました！
職場には優しい先輩たちが多くいらっしゃるので、初日から和気藹々とした雰囲気でした！
また、寮は一人６畳のお部屋でとても広く、ベッドと布団まで用意していただいてました！
買い物に行きたいときや、何か困ったことがあったときにすぐに相談できる環境なので
お二人も安心して生活できると思います。
スギヤントさんとミルザさん、先輩方と楽しみながらこれからもお仕事頑張ってください！
