技能実習として３年間働き、去年9月に技能実習2号から”特定技能1号”に変更されたスリマントさん。
本当は実習修了後に帰国する予定だったがコロナの影響で延期に。
4年ぶりに母国に帰られることを待ちわびていた様子でしたが、4年間お世話になった社長、そして一緒に働いた会社メンバーとのお別れの挨拶の時は、涙でいっぱいでした！
帰国後は結婚し、家庭を築く予定とのことですが、落ち着いたらまた「この会社で働きたい」と言っていました！素敵な会社に出会えて本当に良かったですね。
