今回の就業支援では佐賀県基山町にある株式会社平山組さんに伺いました。
会社紹介
株式会社平山組さんは、佐賀県基山町にある建設会社です。
主な職務内容は型枠工事です。鉄筋コンクリートの建物を建てる際に必要となる型枠を作られています。
人材について
今回、平山組さんに就業するインドネシア人の、メディさん、リヴァルさん、ジャカリアさんの３名は全員、技能実習生時代から平山組さんでお世話になっていました！
支援中のエピソード
平山組の皆さんはとても穏やかな方で、社長をはじめ、職員のみなさんも３名の就業を心から歓迎してくださいました。
配属時には事務所の近くに従業員の方もいて、実習時に一緒に働かれた方達が声をかけてくださり、３名と笑顔で会話をされていました。また、寮には３名が帰国中に働かれていた実習生の物が沢山残っているらしく、配属の翌日は「掃除を頑張る！」とみなさん意気込んでおりました！
コロナ禍で大変なこともありましたが、無事に、実習生時代からお世話になっている会社で働けることが決まって本当に良かったです！これからも頑張ってください！
