内装業の技能競技会で社長さんは日本一の実績を持っています！！
この度、特定技能外国人の受け入れを始められました！
人材について
今回、北本装飾さんに就業されるのは、インドネシア人のメディさんとリファイさんです。
お二人は技能実習を岡山で行い、この度面接で新規採用になったそうです。
人材とのエピソード
支援では、事務所に挨拶をしてから転入手続き、口座開設、買い物などを一緒に行いました。
会社の方にエアコンなどの新品の家電や生活用品を何から何まで準備していただきました！
8月１日から現場に出ていますが、すっかり馴染んでいて、日本語も上手で即戦力となっています！
