今回の就業支援は、千葉県野田市にある株式会社フジカワさまにリザさんの配属を行いました。
当日は市役所で転入手続きと銀行口座の開設、生活用品の買い出しをしました。
15年ぶりに日本に来たリザさんですが、15年のブランクを感じさせないほど日本語が上手でした！
技能実習生として働いていた会社なのでお知り合いの社員さんが多くいらっしゃり、15年ぶりの再会に話も弾みました✨
会社から自転車ですぐの寮は立派な一軒家！弊社スタッフたちも住みたくなるほどでした！
