島根県出雲市にある津山屋製菓さんで働くことになったベトナム人のズエンさんとトアンさんの支援に伺いました！
今回は、引っ越しや転入の手続きを行い、買い出しのお手伝いをしました。その後、会社の方との顔合わせにも同行しました。
ズエンさんは別の会社で働いていましたが、転職をして津山屋さんで働くことになりました！
トアンさんは、縫製業で3年の技能実習を終えた後も日本で働きたいと思っていたところ、津山屋さんでの採用が決まりました。そのため、一年間は特定活動で働きながら、食品製造業の試験に挑み、特定技能１号の取得を目指します！
