今回の就業支援では、長野県長野市にある株式会社高和製作所さんにお伺いしました。
会社紹介
長野県長野市にある高和製作所さんは、鋳物の製造会社で主に産業向けの鋳鉄品を扱っています。
また、SDGsに向けた取り組みも推進されています。
人材とのエピソード
今回、高和製作所さんに就業するのはインドネシア人のワヒューさんとヘリーさんです。
お二人の住居は工場の中にあるのですが、お二人が来日する前に高澤社長がリノベーションしてくださり、とても綺麗なお部屋で過ごしています！
また、前回技能実習生として日本に来られたのが１０年以上前になるので、配属時にはご本人様も、企業の皆様も感動の再会をしておりました。
即戦力として働かれるお二人に今後も期待しております！！
