今回は栃木県宇都宮にある株式会社マスゼンさんにお伺いし、定期面談を行いました。
マスゼンさんは食品製造の会社さんです。現在は、岐阜や京都で技能実習をしていたタイ人９名が就労中です。
何か問題があればすぐに相談できる環境を整えてくださっているので、外国人の方でも働きやすい環境だと思います。
９名とも既に配属から3ヶ月が経過していますが、特に問題なく就労しています。
会社の人たちが、「日本人との交流を深めるイベント」として食事会の開催もしてくれています。
工場長は明るくて面白い上に親切な方です。
これからも引き続き就労に励んでいただきたいです！
