今回の就業支援では、長野県松本市にある株式会社サワンド建設様にお伺いしました。
『会社紹介』
長野県松本市にある株式会社サワンド建設様は、地域の自然環境を大切にされながら
道路改良や砂防施設などの施工管理を行なっている会社さんです。
会社の周りも自然豊かな景色が広がっています。
『人材について』
今回、サワンド建設様に就業するのはとってもイケイケなエルピスさんと、
穏やかで優しいジャフリさんのお二人です！
『人材とのエピソード』
車で向かう途中には曲がりくねった山道を車で３０分ほど走りました。
道中には綺麗な湖があり、自然の豊かさを感じることが出来ました。
配属時にお会いした従業員の皆様ともすぐに打ち解けており、お二人とも楽しく働いています！
また、寮の１階には大きな食堂があり、食堂のおばちゃんとも凄く仲良くされています！
