今回の就業支援では長野県小諸市で農家をされている髙橋さんにお伺いしました！
髙橋さんの農家では、主に白菜やレタス、キャベツなどの葉物を栽培しています！
今回、髙橋さんのもとへ就業されるインドネシア人のエディさんとアグさんはお二人とも元実習生です！
髙橋さんの農業の指導方法は、他の農家さんからも一目置かれているそうです。
「厳しく指導されることもあるが、髙橋さんに指導された一人一人の農業の技術は、今後どこへ行っても対応できる」と別の農家さんからお聞きしました！
