タイ人 の２４歳の方の企業面談と生活の準備のサポートを行いました。
この方は、もともと愛知県で技能実習2号として金属プレス加工の実習を行っていました。
しかし、実習修了後、コロナ禍で帰国困難となり、佐賀県の企業で特定活動として１年間働くことが決定しました。
この１年間で働きながら、機械加工の資格の特定技能の試験合格を目指します。
学生時代、機械加工専攻であったことを鑑み、会社の方は雇用を検討してくださいました！
先日は一緒に工場の見学を行い、すでに働いているタイの先輩6人と挨拶をした後、寮へ移動し、必要なものをスーパーに一緒に買いに行きました。
