和歌山県にある板金加工制作会社のしんこう技研さんで働くことになったタイ人のトゥンさんの支援に伺いました！
トゥンさんは岡山県で技能実習を修了し、 昔からの知り合いでしんこう技研で働いているフォードさんのご紹介で入社が決まりました。
今回も、転入手続き、入寮、会社挨拶、工場見学、買い出し等を行いました。 社長や工場長に2つの工場と寮の周辺のお店など、ご案内いただきました！会社の皆さんがとても親切で、トゥンさんも安心されていました！
あわせて、フォードさんの定期面談も行いました！先日、一時帰国をしてリフレッシュできたそうで良かったです！
