今回の就業支援では徳島県海陽町で漁師をされている神戸さんにお伺いしました！
『人材について』
今回、神戸さんのもとへ就業される、インドネシア人のアグさんは元実習生です！
現在は後輩に当たる実習生が二人いて、同じ一軒家で共同生活をするそうです！
『人材とのエピソード』
実習生との時に支援をしてた組合の方々も、漁業組合でお会いした時に、
アグさんが日本へ帰ってきてくれたことをとても喜んでいました。
また、日頃の漁では写真のような船に乗るのですが、アグさんは
「もっと大きい漁船もあるが、海の上ではその漁船にも負けない漁をしている」と話してくれました。
漁への熱い気持ちがあるアグさん！これからも頑張ってください！
