今回の就業支援では新潟県新潟市にある株式会社日新工業所様にお伺いしました。
今回、株式会社日新工業所さんに就業する
インドネシア人のセプティアンさんは２年ぶりに日本へ来てくれました！
当日は生活準備を一緒に行っていたのですが、アパートの電気の取り付けに苦戦・・・
日が落ちてきて部屋の中も暗くなり焦りましたが、
KMTスタッフのアヒューと協力して無事に灯りがつきました！
その後、既に特定技能として働かれている先輩方がお仕事終わりにお部屋へ駆けつけてくれました！
先輩方は、お菓子やお茶を買ってきてくれるとても優しいお三方でした(^^♪
セプティアンさん、頼りになる先輩方とこれからも一緒に頑張ってください！応援しています！
