今回の定期面談は千葉県匝瑳市で酪農を営む鈴木茂さんにお伺いしました。
鈴木茂さんのもとで働くベトナム人のタンさんは鈴木さんから
「タンさんはとても優秀で全部ひとり仕事ができるので、安心して仕事を任せられます」
と絶賛されていました！！
この日は弊社グローバルチームのベテランスタッフのクインと
新人スタッフの長尾と共に訪問し、牛さんたちとも記念に写真を撮らせていただきました！
写真で見るよりも、実際に近くで見ると牛さんが大きくてとても迫力がありました！
あまりの迫力に少しビビッてしまいそうですが、、穏やかな性格の牛さんで可愛かったです(^^)/
